Are these the lightweight hollow alum ones with swaged ends? Pictures? Need a set for 03 Skidoo Summit ZX chassis
I make these out of solid 3/4" 6061T6. The weight difference is probably less than you'd think - ie: for a 16.75" lower radius rod on a Polaris Edge the stock (hollow tube) weight is 8.1 ounces, the one I make out of solid is 10.4 ounces and is much stronger.
I can make them about any length, and also have the taps for most common inch and metric sizes.
I have some new rod ends in stock too.
It looks like the SkiDoo ZX chassis doesn't have rod ends on the stock radius rods - no problem I can get the 10mm rod ends and size the radius rods to whatever length you need.
