Air temp sensor

Running a turbo so eliminated the factory intake.
What has everyone done with their air temp sensors? My last sled with a ovs turbo kit came with a dummy plug. Does anyone know what ohm resistor I would need to build my own dummy?

Here is the Charge from a 2012. I think it may be safe to assume that the sensor stayed the same.

How would that work? Do I just buy a 39400 ohm resistor if I want to fool it into 32 degree temp?

You can do that or you can buy whatever resistor you want and a pot switch and dial it to tune the setup. Unless of course the fuel controller is doing the same type of thing. I assume it may be doing that already and whatever the dummy plug is is the starting point.

Dobec box so I doubt it.

I put mine right in cold air intake plenum before turbo inlet. At least here it can adjust a little for air intake temps and you dont have to be worried about a possible boost leak from it not sealing, or burning out sensor by having to hot of charge temp.

I have seen twisted kits that have the sensor zip tied close to intake, my Cutler kit came with a extension to move sensor up to the intake

I have mine just zip tied to one of the hoses under the throttle bodies and seems to work fine.
