Aftermarket vs Factory turbo's

What are your thoughts on the aftermarket vs factory turbo scene as a whole?

Does anyone have seat time on the new boost Polaris models? If so, how do they compare to a well set up aftermarket solution?

Will anyone prefer an aftermarket solution vs a factory? Due to personal set up preferences etc.
