Aftermarket Heated grips not working?

I just installed some RSI grip heaters and both of them aren't working, I inspected them before installing and they looked fine. I rechecked the plugs to make sure the pins are right and plugged all the way in
They also have Continuity. Am I missing something? How else do I test the heaters?

What is your method of testing? I don't recall if the G4 falls under this too, but I recall some sleds won't put power to the handwarmers until your RPM reaches a certain threshold - that threshold being lower than engagement. So, if you haven't solved your handwarmer issue yet, trying going for a short ride, or revving up the engine a bit to test the functionality.
