In the great part of OR.
I had the same sled with much the same mod work, with single. 8100 is ideal for a single. with twins then 8250 to 8350. Depends on elevation. clutching is key. Is the primary in good shap? Are the weitghs wearing on the clutch?
Just what little I learned with mine and my riding buddy with the same sled, only with twins. A lot of techen. And I do mean a lot. The twin pipes where very hard keep running at there potential. Even little things like air temp messed with it, And alot of the time my single would out do the twin. But when tuned and running right could not touch it.

My two pennys.
