72 end top end bog

Why Do I Have A Top End Bog When I Give It 3/4 To Full Throttle. Seems Starvibg For Gas. Idles Great And Low End. I See Two Lines Coming From The Gas Tank. Is There Supposed To Be Air Bubbles In It. I Tried Adjusting The Screw But Does Not Help Or Makes It Worse.

Maybe the carbs need to be cleaned. The main jet could be pluged.

What make and model? You will see bubbles in the return line to the fuel tank. What screw are you adjusting?
