Bumping this up because I'm thinking of doing the same.

Custom rails from Ice Age are pricey.

What do you think would be the issues (if any) of just throwing a proclimb skid in an axys. Have to check bottom out and forward clearance obviously but I don't see why it wouldn't work. Yes I've actually seen some skids for sale that are cheaper than custom ice age rails.

155x2.6 is a 154, can put a 153 powerclaw on stock rails.

155x3 is a 156, can NOT put a 153 powerclaw on stock rails.

My buddy has a powerclaw on his pro, he luvs it.

I know the drivers are different but they use the same rails right? And either way you're getting 3" pitch non center drivers, plus the axys rails

I know CO 2.0 couldn't get his setup to fit. That's the same rails and purchased avid drivers I'd be using. What gives? I'm not planning on center punching the track.

Rails are different for the 154(2.6) and the 156(3).

I think u should be able to get the 154 rails and bolt right up to ur suspension if u have a 156.

Which drivers do I need?

Looks like avid specifies different ones for a chaincase?

It's actually ~154.5"

The 3" is 156"

There are two different rails, one for 2.6" tracks, and one for 3" tracks.

Good to know .. That's why the Assaults can take 153s

Does anyone know if the Chaincase model has the same Drive Shaft location then ? Being it's a 3" it might be lower

I'm running the stock Polaris drivers (with the center driver removed) on a PC162 x 3".
Approx 1000 miles on this setup and zero issues with ratchit'ing, from fall to spring riding all snow conditions.
Great all around track in my opinion, and feel that is does trench some when in heavy/wet snow.
