I use my sled almost solely for accessing terrain for snowboarding. My sled has the biggest track and the sweet double board rack so we usually use it for doubling up to ride lines. Running a 151 and extension from SLP, ryde fx shock in the rear, stock rear shock in the skid, torsion springs set to the stiffest setting.
I need to raise and stiffen up the rear suspension. First off I'm planning to replace both shocks with new ones and raising the rear suspension. It's the extra-10 btw
How tall can I raise the rear of the sled? I was thinking of adding 2-4" by using a riser plate similar to what SLP sells. Is there stiffer torsion springs? Possibly something off a stock touring sled or something? What about a stiffer spring for the front skid shock?
