21/22 driveshaft conversion

Just wondering if anyone knows the part number that is on the 21/22 driveshaft to install in a 23? I know the whole assembly part number is 504154023 but I have a shaft from a 21 and the number on the shaft is 504154059 and the machine it came from lists the 023 shaft. It is also longer on the gear side and would require a spacer behind my bottom sprocket. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

A 21 will fit the 21 to 23 bottom sprocket. You will need a new speed sensor oring for the 21 driveshaft. The 21-22 driveshaft is thicker on the ID and needs a thinner oring.

What I am seeing is the driveshaft is 1/4" or so linger on the splines and my 53 tooth hyvo gear will need a spacer behind it to line up to the top gear and keep it from rubbing the inner chain case

After more looking the bottom sprocket doesn't rub the inner chain case but either way i would need a spacer on between the gear and circlip. Looks like a 5mm spacer between the gear and circlip would be required. Is anyone else running into this?

Are you sure it’s a 2021 driveshaft, 2021 and 2022 drive shafts have the same bottom sprocket.

A 2020 needs a 2020 sprocket because it has a shoulder on it to take up that space.

Everything else appears to work fine. I would just need to make a spacer for the gap between the sprocket and circlip

Does anyone know the actual part number on the driveshaft, not the complete assembly? The number on y shaft is 504154059

It may of been installed in a 2021 but it sounds like a 2020, is it a NA sled, that my be the difference too, I’m unsure.
Regardless, it will need a 2020 bottom hyvo with a shoulder to take up that gap.

Its a 21 summit 600R with a 154, it does list the shaft required but it doesn't seem to be correct

I just put a solid shaft in my G5 and I ordered for a 2022.
I can’t help with the pn on the driveshaft until I get home be doo has been selling complete assembly’s for awhile. I wish there was a pn for just the bare shaft.

I can't find a 53 tooth hyvo gear with the shoulder on it, I see the gear u mean but don't think there is any hyvo versions of them

Have you tried venom? I also have not looked at the 2020.5 turbo bottom sprocket

They only go up to 51 tooth

I guess I will just run the 2 piece with the TKI kit and my hyvo set up, I don't imagine I will have any issues with that set up.

I run a 51 bottom on my 154 they are geared way to low anyway. Same ratio as 175

Yes i'm running a 22 on top. I have had no issues yet but don't want any, I have a TKI kit so that's going in it for now.
