Am I reading it correctly that the 2022 snowcheck sleds are only coming with 3 years warranty now? If so thats a pretty major step backwards. I would think that the extra year of warranty is a major selling feature for snowchecking. Doesn't show much faith in their own product...

gen4 has been around since 2017. I'm pretty sure they have faith in it. They probably see less and less warranty claims each year.

So buy another year of BEST at year 3 if you keep it that long. Problem solved.

If they had confidence in their sleds they would have kept it at 4 years.

Also just another way for BRP to pocket more money.

Lame move

It was only 2 years for the 21. Going up another year seems like a good deal. I got 6 months with my polaris turbo rzr, had to pay for 3 years.

Ya well warranty is probably one of the biggest cost issues the manufacturers have to deal with.

Lord knows most of us are not exactly GENTLE with our sleds!

1+2 isn’t horrible for the Turbo.
Sure, I would like to see a 2+2 instead, but I am sure my dealer will make me all manner of offers on how to cover this new toy of mine when it’s time to sign the purchase order

3 was probably the compromise to cover the turbo for another year. The 21 is 2 isn't it? Took a year off the rest to cover the turbo for an extra year.

For the non turbo sleds I think the BEST warranty is quite useless, unless you have an engine go down. At this point they have those sleds pretty figured out and the chances of that are slim. The majority of people who own them don't put on enough miles to worry about taking an engine out in the warranty period, even if it is 4 years.

They really don't cover much under the BEST warranty otherwise.

Had a 2018 with 1,300 miles loose the motor. Fuel injector broke off and went through the motor. Glad i was still on year 3 warranty.

2021 was 2 yr warranty on the turbo, 4 yr warranty on the NA sleds

2022 looks like it is 3yr all around

I thought when I snowchecked my 2017 G4 it came with only 3 year and I bought an extra year of warranty to get it to 4 years.. But I could be wrong.
