2022 Lynx 3900 model

Just curious what are peoples thoughts on this sled? I'm considering ordering the 3900 for mostly boondocking in Da UP of Michigan with a trip or two to the mountains. Theirs just not much talk about it. Any input would be great. Thanks

@christopher can we get a lynx sub forum to centralize the discussion? While it's a similar sled to our doos, might be helpful to break out now that they're available on our continent.

From what I understand the suspension is where the Lynx really shines.

Anyone know why Ski doo don't put the little cooling thing on the back of the suspension like the Lynx?

They always had a flap. I bet they make it trench a little in our snow. Might not but seems like it would. Two different concepts for 2 different types of terrain

I assume no cooling problems when you remove it? Is it a gimmick or does actually work?

It makes a difference in marginal snow, as long as there is a lot of snow you don't need it.

Lynx tunnel is shorter than the Expert.
