Just confirmed with dealer, rear of seat on the Freeride is Plaid.

I ride a mountain sled in the PNW and I swapped to the 47C seat last spring. I sit all the time! I sit when I eat lunch, I sit when I want to change my heaters or flip the high beams, and I sit when...maybe that's it? I think the 47C/Expert seat is just right but I could see my wife swapping out the seat on her expert for an even smaller one since she's only 5'4".

I'm 6'-6" and I love the expert seat I put on my '17. It's way low for a long trail ride but out in the hills it's good.

So you never ever sit down? Not saying while in the fun zone but other times? Everybody sits at some point
