My crew today. We went over to Yuba direction and found some great snow on the north slopes And in the trees. It’s getting slim out there. May be a miracle March.

The 07 Road is almost pavement all the way to Perrazzo turn off. The forest service still has the road closed Sign up at the parking lot. I don’t get it. The little bit of snow we still have is hard as a rock. What gets me is there still up here grooming from Perrazzo up. I really hate reporting these conditions. We need snow and I don’t see any in the forecast.

10 “ of new fluffy snow last night. This is more snow than we had the whole month of February. The 07 road was open last night to Perrazzo trim off. There’s lots of landmines out there be careful.

We got over 4 feet of snow in the last 24 hours. Now that winter was over it’s back big time. They say with another 3 feet in the next 24 hours? We’re going to be buried up here.

TC - With all the new snow dumping up there, pull into the parking lot on your left(17 miles north of Truckee on Hwy 89) and unload there. You can take the main 07 road into the Webber Lake/Yuba Pass junction(about 8 miles) and go from there. Or take the lower road in which you can access by making a left at the Independance Lake turnoff(2 miles in on the 07), cross the bridge and take the first road on your right. The lower road parallels the 07 all the way into Webber Lake with play areas along the way. Coverage was thin before this storm. If there's 3-4 ft. of new snow(or more), you'll be good to go. Landmines should be covered up.

We got another good 2 feet in the last 24 hours. Still snowing this morning. TC I live 9 miles back in on the 07 Road. You’ll see a Snowmobile in the tree that’s my house. Stop by and say hi. Will be riding this week. I can point in in the direction and maybe even go out. Yeah be careful down by the parking lot there was no snow before the storm. Should be good to go Up here.

Unload 17 miles north of Truckee on Hwy 89 …. looks like you are getting the brunt of this recent storm. 2-4 feet at what elevation? Any base left?

We’ve had over 6 feet of snow at my house so far out of this storm. Before the storm there was no bass at the parking lot. Parking lot 6200 feet. I am at 7000 feet and there wasn’t much base up here before the storm . I haven’t been to the parking lot so I can’t every report on how much snow is down there. I’d say be careful down by the parking lot getting off trail.

We hit it this morning. Parking lot was a CF by 9:00AM. Folks parking out on Hwy 89. Lots of white up in them hills and it's getting all tracked up. Bring your shovels.
Pic is looking up Perrazzo Meadows from the ridgetop above the 07 road.

We got about 7 inches last night out of storm. Still snowing a Little. People are still up here snowmobiling Even though there’s a stay at home order. I’ve heard some places are closed down.

We went yesterday around Shaver Lake area, when we got there they had closed all the Sno-parks.We had to park along the road in pullouts.Forest service lady was very nice and said gatherings in Sno-parks is the cause.I am sure Yuba pass and Little Truckee can't be far behind.Such a shame with the snow conditions what they are now.
