2020 alpha cracked side panels

Noticed after the weekend of riding both my side panels on my 2020 alpha mountain cat were both cracked right were your knees press against them.talked to my dealer he said they have seen several like that but only the silver 2020 mtn cats not the hardcores. There’s hardly a scratch on them and there was no impact so I’m thinking it’s just from my knees against them on rough trails and such.Dealer took pics but said he doubted cat would warranty them just wondering if others are having this issue
