2017 Summit SP $5000

Figured I’d see if there’s any interest in this as it sits before I rebuild-

Needs a new top end, and has a broken S-module.

2017 skidoo summit 850 SP
(Wrap says X..... it is an SP)

Cant check mileage because it’s taken apart but it should be around 1700-1800 or so.

Has been a super reliable sled to me, until I had a head gasket leak. Motor is opened up to view & needs a top end. (Still had compression before opened). When taking the sled apart to get to the engine, I noticed the broken S module as well (see last pic).

All stock besides a Jaws Can.
154” track
3” lug
(No Shot)
Yellow plastics under the wrap.
Doesn’t blow belts
Pink in hand.

I ordered a new 22 turbo, so will be selling this sled as-is at a discount, or rebuilt for a normal price.

If buyer is interested & prefers to have the S-module welded rather than replaced, I will bring to a local machine shop to have done, no extra charge. Assuming s module gets replaced, it’s a $600 part from BRP. & top end is $550 or so.

I’d do 4500 if you can get it to haydays with someone..

If you have any warranty left? Not, but you could maybe get a dealer to force a good will warranty. The 2017 sleds had head gasket o-ring issues, lots of them . It is a legit problem, it should have been a recall. (Maybe it was?) Get with a good dealer to get it fixed up!

Sled was sold a few months ago, thanks guys. I have a super clean low miles arctic cat m800 for sale however if anyone is interested. 2013, but swapped with a 2016 36” front end.
