2015 800 RMK LE, 155” rolling chassis, still runs

This is a good straight clean rolling chassis, 155”. Engine seal is gone, needs to be rebuilt. No piston damage, just idles high because of the seal. Does have something rattling in the lowercase, but does not knock. Has AI 36” front end. Anyone interested? Interested. Location how many miles are on it?
Unfortunately, my wife has stepped in and thinks I should rebuild the engine. I think it’s boarder line whether if it’s worth sticking money back into it. I’ve had zero issues up to this point though.
