2012 m800 issues

I got a 2012 m800 162” it had electric start put on always worked battery got wore out replaced battery now just ticks even with new battery, also Boggs occasionally causing it to almost die sometimes when this occurred reverse doesn’t work and flashes temp light 3 times. Also the gauges occasionally stop working. Very confused on what it is. The bogg seems to be when being 1/2-full throttle

The bogging also seems to occur more in fluffy snow or any pow really. Hard pack it’s fine
