700 liberty in my 08 Dragon starts on 3rd pull when cold but takes 10 pulls to re-start when hot. 125 psi in each cylinder. Runs great once started. Any thoughts?

Do you touch the throttle lever when pulling the rope?
I am not familiar with the Dragons but i know my cats with the Suzuki 800's require a little throttle when they're warm or u will pull them multiple times.
Just a little throttle and they start with first pull.
