I am having hard starts with my 2008 RMK 700 Dragon 155. This got worse after my headlight switch on the left hand grip shorted out and melted. Sled was running when I noticed the headlights were not on. Checked switch and was melted in place when I removed it and opened it up.
I started here on the forum looking for similar issues. Sled will not start without removing a plug and directly priming a cylinder. It then runs fine. Warms up and settles into normal idle. Once shut down it recranks immediately with one pull. Also one pull after 20 minutes. Once fully cooled down after a few hours no amount of pulling will start the sled.
I have checked the capacitor and chassis relay per service manual. Both appear fine.
What next? Fuel filter?
