I recently picked up a 2008 600 MXZ Renegade SDI. The sled has electric start. The battery was dead even though it was only a year old according to the MFG date sticker but would start fine being pulled. When running the battery light and check engine light comes on along with four quick beeps when started. The sled would run in the higher RPMS and cuts out. I replaced the battery and it ran fine for a 10 minute test ride. However I let the sled sit for a day and it is having the same issues of the battery and check engine light along with the beeps. It seems like there is a humming of a fuel pump or something after I shut the machine off that goes off periodically.
Has anyone had anything similar?
