2006 RMK 700

Hey guys looking at a 06 RMK 700. It starts and drives, it had kind of a rough idle and didn't want to stay running. Only fired it up two or three times. He says it has 125 psi of compression but needs a new top end cause the compression is low. Now I only ever had only sleds and I believe this one is EFI and not carbed, but 125psi seems like good compression. If it is EFI what would be the next thing I'm looking at.
