2004 firecat f6

I have a firecat f6 that lost all fire, I replaced the coil to find out that it needed a stator,
so I got that replaced, turns out now that I can only get about 5500 RPM out of it and about a quarter throttle before it goes into a limp mode and won’t let me do anymore. Thanks in advance for any info

How does it run below that rpm? Idle ok, rev ok. Any difference on a stand not under load.

Idles,starts and works fine until that rpm. I lost all fire about a month ago and I replaced the coil and the stator. I got an aftermarket stator from royal distributing. I’m thinking that maybe the high voltage side of the stator might be not working right
