What mudflap do use in place of the stock one that does not get caught in the track all the time? 05 kingcat? is that right?

1606-202 is the one you want
For $5 I picked up a pickup mud flap from the local farm store that is nearly the exact same size as my 2004 1M flap. I cut a 4" strip of fiberglass the width of the flap (cut out of a discarded fast food serving tray but you could use aluminum) and it holds the flap out a little further. They are both bolted to the original mounting holes.

I use the stock one, I just cut it till it was only about 6 inches long. Works fine, and keeps people from following too close also.

You can buy or even make a strap that connects from the rear bumper to the flap, and this will keep the flap from getting cought in the track

tell your cat dealer that you want one to fit a 900 1m with reverse, it is a lot shorter

and another vote here for SNOW FLAP
I say snowflap also.
Tell your dealer you want a flap from a early 2000s (2000-2003) ZR, They are shorter and come on many different colors.

Ron--next time let me know you have them sooner, already bought one from dealer in Heber. You probably remember the sled, you set it up. It still screams.
