2003 Vertical Edge RMK Airbox

How do i go about removing the airbox on a 2003 RMK 700 VES with a SLP airbox?

Unplug both wire connectors, from the coil and cdi box. Then pop off both vent lines from the front nipples and on the top in the back is a rubber strap. Unhook that then tilt it forward to pull the front bottom away from the carbs and wiggle it out.

I also find when you go to put it back in, leave the carb clamps loose. Allows them to move around to get them back in to their holes.

X2. And since you have the SLP airhorn use your hand inside the box to help line up the carbs as you go back together.
