2000 rmk 800 turbo

I have a 2000 rmk 800 with a areocharger 66 serIes turbo and it seems like it is getting way to much air anything over 1/4 throttle and it just bogs and won't go over 6000rpm I have tried everything I know to do and nothing works I called areocharger and they purtymuch told me I was SOL

is this a carb turbo?
there is a carb turbo thread on here that went on forever. lots of good info.
Gus is the man if it's a carb unit.

if it's built with an IRS injection system...

I searched for the carb turbo thread.
can't find it.
maybe some else knows where it went.
I see some posts from brycter.
he's Turbo Performance.
probably a good bet for advice.
