2000 powder special was rolled. won't start now

I am new to the snowmobile world and looking for help. I just bought a 2000 arctic cat powder special 500 efi. The guy I bought it from rolled it. He told me it won't start unless he used starter fluid and when he did get it started the engine would flood. Any ideas on what the issue could be? I got it for real cheap and if I can't fix it I should be able to part it out for more then what I paid for it but I would prefer to get it running.

Look for smashed electrical connectors to various sensors.

I guess I should mention I found something that looks like a hose should be plugged into it but I can't find any loose hoses around there. Next time I am home I will take some pictures.
Also after I get it running I am gonna need a few things and wondering where I can get the stuff for a good price. Gonna need a seat, tail light and bracket for the tail light
