2 sleds and trailer stolen in Ellensburg

A buddy had two sleds and an open 2-place trailer stolen last night.

I hate to hear stuff like this. nothing and nowhere is safe, I had to go outside to check if mine was still there. we will alll be keeping an eye out for your sleds and trailer, is there anything that would stand out on your sleds? what type of trailer? plate number/ vin numbers on the sleds? even if they catch these lowlife p.o.s. there is no true justice anymore they used to hang you for stealing a mans horse, now theives have no fear of going to jail, what a bunch of ****hole rats we have to live around and try to protect yourself and your belongings without getting the **** sued out of yourself or ending up in jail for defending yourself. GOOD LUCK

That sucks. That is why I always quadruple lock my trailer. Hitch lock ($12) coupler lock ($25) Pin lock ($15) and mega pad lock ($10) with a paul bunyan sized chain around a tree, post or axle of my ride to frame of trailer. I also use a club on my ride as well at all times. Don't give 'em an inch or they'll take a mile.

Insurance is cheap for this reason as well. If they want it bad enough, they will take it, no matter how much you lock it up. Just be smart of where and how you park.
