1999 700 motor swap into 2001 800 chassis issues

Swapping my 1999 700 engine into a 2001 800 chassis. I'm having issues with how to complete the coolant lines. For the 800 that was originally in the chassis the line coming out of the thermostat goes directly to the brakes, and the 700's line coming strait from the thermostat ran directly to the front tunnel/bulkhead heat ex-changer. Wondering if anyone out there has done this swap or knows the best way to keep a clean cycle of coolant with the 700. thanks! winters only getting closer!

The heated brake is not necessary. They got rid of it on newer sleds to reduce weight. Just run it like it would be on the 2001
