Cool little sled, thought I was going to buy and sell. After riding it I don't think its worth selling. I haven't had this much fun on a sled in a long time. This snowmobile is all original never restored. I bought it after sitting in a barn for 20yrs. Fresh gas and 3 pulls she fired right up. Still has the spare belt / plugs in rear compartment. Cool little combination.

That thing is sweet! No way I would sell it for what someone would give you for a '70s sled, even if it is in good shape.

I got a '74 Cheetah given to me that was left on a ranch that my aunt and uncle bought. It's not in as good of condition as that, but had been covered and set up on wood blocks so it was off the ground. Rebuilt the engine, but have yet to fire it up (no time to work on it lately). I'm keeping it to ride in the annual vintage ride in the Big Horns. Even bought a vintage one-piece Arctic Cat suit off Ebay for $75 to wear with it!

Ya I think I am keepin er. Had a guy offer me $800 for both, its just not worth it. The thing runs like a champ starts 1-2 pulls cold or hot. Its a fun parking lot sled and I think we are taking er up this weekend put some miles on the old girl.

Beautiful original vintage sled. Welcome to the addicting world of vintage sleds. I have a 70 Chaparral Executive I ride in a local vintage ride and on occasion to a local lodge. Get many funny looks and a lot of questions. I also have a 1 piece Chaparral suit complete with the fake fur collar. Vintage sleds are not as big out west as they are to the east. I am aware of vintage events at West Yellowstone, Logan Utah, Big Horns and SD Black Hills. Multiple events occur almost every weekend in MN, WI and MI. vintagesleds.com is a good website with a forum dedicated to vintage sleds.
