15 M8 stock besides can with about 1,000 miles on it. Just going through everything with regular maintaining before winter and see a lot of oil on left side of motor. I can’t tell where it’s coming from though. All bolts on valves, reeds and y pipe are tight. Any advise on how to track the oil leakage. I did buy new valve and exhaust gaskets have not installed yet. Anything else I should be checking? I'd say splatter from the ypipe donut. Looks like a pretty common two stroke motor!

I agree, my 15 looks very close to the same. It's the Y pipe to engine matting surface or the exhaust pipe donut leaking when cold.

Just put a little silicone bead on the piple/y-pipe donut. Cats just do that as a feature.
