It can't be possible that I'm the only guy hoping for a 146 pro rmk or khaos. I think it'd be a big hit on the east coast and mid west. It would be nice to have a shorter tunnel from the factory that you could throw a 155 skid under and not have to cut anything as well. Anyone else thinking this way? Or just me?

I think it would be a sweet sled. I had a 15 SBA 144x2 and it was a blast to ride. Rode it in ditches, trails, and the mountains. It's drawback was the wide front obviously and flotation. But overall did well in the mountains.
I'd consider one for my midwest and a backup Mountain sled.

An pro/khaos 146” is the funnest sled to ride. In Sweden almost everyone is building 155->146”. Its an shame that polaris is not offering an factory rmk 146".

I was hoping to buy an factory rmk 146 in 2021. But i got an leftover khaos 155 in the spring that i cut to 146 before i ride it.

Could one buy the SKS 146 and put a narrow front end on it? Maybe that's the same amount of work as taking a 155 down to 146 though... Anyway, there seems to be more than enough demand to be worth selling it as a special order. I do notice that the SKS 146 and Switchback have a different style of tunnel than the SKS 155 (155 looks the same as RMK); not sure how big a deal that is. Ultimately, there's only so much that's practical for Polaris, but as long as it's a straight-up swap, there isn't much reason I see not to offer it.

The sks146 is trail sled ergonomics, steering and heavy.

Send some of that newest track tech to the 146 or 144 length. The new 155 2.75 track weighs less than a 146 track now. How about a 2.75 146 that weighs 39 lbs. Still waiting for polaris to make a powder sled under 400 lbs. I am sure the new 650 is a great engine but it is most likely heavier than the 600 it is replacing. Polaris you are leading the light weight powder sled race but you are going the wrong way. Matrix RMK under 400 lbs ?

What are you guys running for tracks? I just bought a composite m67 146” which is the softer composition to the m66. Basically m67=powder track and m66=coastal/spring snow track. The m67 weighs 51 lbs and the m66 is 61 lbs. Pretty heavy for short tracks.

I think the camso extreme 2.5 146 is the best track for it, works for almost everything.
Last year i was running an composite m66 146, its was an OK track but doesn't hold up so good, many missing lugs.
On the khaos I has an camso peak md 2.5, this track is not for everyone because its have super tracktion, your hamster in the head must running really fast when riding in the trees and you dont need the skis. But i like it.

I think IceAge must make the rails 15mm longer on the axys, if you running the stock driver size you will almost end up running the track almost on the end of the adjusters. On the khaos i have 8t drivers and my adjusters is just after the middle, my friend running stock size 7t drivers and the adjusters have max 5mm left and tracks will stretch...

I have a 20 khaos 155 I'm going to ride this season. Waiting to see how the new 2.75 does this year if it works good going to order a new 22 2.75 for next year. I want to chop 9" off my 20 and put a 146 2.5 extreme on it with ice age rails, and use it for a spare and hard snow days. The only thing that worries me is losing that much cooling area, and it getting hot on me when trail riding.
