13' SBA 800 Failure after rebuild. Please advise......

Fellas I am a broken man. Ive spent thousands on thing and it will not give me a break at all.....Ive posted a pic of the tech report. The motor is completely fresh and fully rebuilt. The case was split and crank runout is well within spec. All the bolts were replaced and torqued to shop manual specs.
