13 Pro RMK 800 Tach Falling off

So I have a 13 PRO RMK 800. When I am running at 3/4 throttle the sled holds tach around 8250 RPM. When I roll onto Full throttle the RPM falls back off to around 7900. Doesn't matter what weights I throw in it, the sled will not hold tach at Full throttle. Is this a TPS issue?

The TPS is the first thing I would check. .700 Base .940 idle.

Sorry about the last reply. But what do you mean about fresh clutching? I haven't actually ever rebuilt a clutch. I know I will need to at some point, but just seeing what you mean by fresh.

Fresh clutching usually just means fresh springs and primary weights.

But freshly rebuilt clutching usually means a rebuild primary and secondary (which also includes the above)
