13 F800, Over oiling or is it just from summer storage? Wet cylinders , Air box and pipes.

Hi, I understand that the oil pumps will leak oil into air box over summer storage, I took my sled on a short 30 Mil ride with some idle time, It ran a bit odd towards end of ride but it maybe in my head but I did pull off the hood and air box was dripping oil more then I have had in past. I cleaned it up and pulled plugs they were oily and so was the inside of y pipe and the top of the pistons. Is this normal? Maybe the crank case got extra oil leaked into it sitting over summer?

My 10 M8 would leak oil during summer storage but then I started storing it with way less than a full oil tank and it doesnt seem to leak as much if any.

Before though, it would smoke really bad until it warmed up but I never checked plugs or Y pipe for excess oil because it ran fine.
