12v plug on dash and a USB in the glove box?

I like to night ride with a headlamp that plugs into a cig lighter , so it would have to be outside the glove box. But I also want a USB in the glove box. Can I run both? Not necessarily at the same time. Also I used to pull the fuss for my headlight when I did this on my old sled because my headlamp would run brighter than my snowmobile headlight, how do I doo that? Thanks for any advice.

Seems like there’s so many better options with battery powered headlamps these days than to ride around with a cord attached to your helmet. But to each his own...

I’m not sure where the fuse is located but I wouldn’t remove it. You’ll have all sorts of problems. Pull your glovebox and disconnect the wiring connectors to your lights if you want to disable them.
