12 Place Double Deck Snowmobile Trailer

I have a 12 place snowmobile trailer. Holds six sleds on the top deck and six on the bottom deck. Hydraulics ramps on the front and rear allow for loading and unloading the top deck. what's the axle ratings at? and net & gross weights?

The axles are 7000lb axles and the trailer fully loaded is right about 14,000 lbs. It has electric brakes and a break away brake kit.
