a couple of fellow snobikers have been revising this project the last few years. For sure a frankenbike, was out the other day, current set up is a cutdown 3" track to 136 or what ever the correct number of lugs is, 4 cyl suzuki road bike engine, YZ 250 donor frame and forks and a lot of other things, was not a day to test it in deep snow, will spin the track at will on a good traction packed snow trail. Check out the radiators laid down on frame over track for cooling , no problem. Last year that motor in other frame and 2.5" track turned out not to be the ultimate deep snow weapon, all fun.

Nice we are part way through this build with a ton of help from Eric here cutting the side panels and creating the geometry. Now just getting things to fit. This was very close to 100hp on pump... I am using an Aro 3 track..

Nice work on the packaging! It looks to be pretty small for it's power plant! The reworked frame make a huge difference, most super bike based snowbike looks to be huge and top heavy. On your build the CG looks pretty low and I bet it is not that bad to handle.

That is a lot of nice parts! Should make really nice build, can't wait to see more!

That thing looks like its going to be awesome. Definitely looks worthy of its own build thread. Would like to hear some more details on it.

Wwillf01, ditto what heliwrench said. Very interested in your panthera build. What frame did you use? As I understand it, that engine does not bolt into any bike frame without mods.
