The problem with numbers is they can be way off. My settings varied as much as 10 points from others on here for my turbo. But pretty easy to get things set in a short amount of time. I always start with everything rich...very rich. Get it started up, let it smoke and then slowly pull back at idle. For the most part, I've found that cats at idle works decent...my PG 800 is set to zero. Once the idle is clean, barely crack the throttle and get it moving. Pull the low end jetting back until is just barely cleans up. Then do this for mid range. Then for top end. Each time make sure if falls on it's face rich and slowly pull it back. And careful with those big M1000 pistons at idle. If anything, you want to be rich on the low end...a bit messy. So that you don't squeak a piston after a longer pull...the big pistons hold a ton of heat and need gas to cool things down after a climb.
