08 dragon WE shock bushing replacement?

hi there. just trying to help out my friend's son with fixing his shock bushing.

polaris part # is 1800319

does anyone know if there is a cheaper aftermarket replacement for this?

or if he can upgrade to the 09 bearing instead? # 1800040

any other options?

thanks, but no luck unfortunately.

this is the eyelet bushing on the ski shocks. i should have mentioned that in the first place.

looks like polaris switched it to a spherical bearing, which is actually a bit cheaper. would be nice if that part fit in place of the bushing, but i haven't found any info on that yet.

yeah, this bushing mounts the same way, so you'd think that it would be a drop-in replacement... but without knowing the exact dimensions it's a bit of a gamble. online parts stores say it's not compatible, but who knows.
