Am I mistaken or do you really have to cut the harness to remove the injectors for testing ? That seems to be what the manual says and the injector connections appear to be glued on. WTF? Any insight would be appreciated . TIA
Heating the epoxy with a heat gun will soften it so you should be able to get the connector off. If you are sending them out for cleaning and testing just leave the wiring harness on. The shop should be well versed in taking the wiring harness off the injector.
I was going to have my local shop that does mostly motorcycles and UTVs clean and test them they didn't want to break anything. The sled ran very rich prior to the crank breaking just trying to eliminate possibilities before I put the engine back in. I suspect a leaking injector since I calibrated the TPS with no improvement.
