08 Dragon 700 155 Suspension Help

Hi All,
I have read the 2 stickys on IQ Suspension.
This sled dives and is erratic in the pow, just like the other threads talk about. I have had the front track shock re-valved, set pressures etc. THis was my sons sled, had it since new and when the old man or the girls ride it, it only wants to dive and get stuck. I am looking for a permanent fix, such as old style front track and ski shocks with springs. My searches have not been successful in finding aftermarket shock suppliers, can anyone recommend some good replacement shocks?
Does Timbersled still sell Mountain tamer skids, I could not find them any more. Would aftermarket skis help with the diving issue. Would it help to remove the swaybar on this 08?
Any other advise on this would appreciated.

you can swap out the skid with one from a pro rmk. i did this with my 0ld 09 rmk 155.

Not a bad idea, did it bolt right in?

It did on my 09 800 155. There was some weight savings also.
