07 m1000 primary setup

I'm getting a 3 tower primary and was wondering what the best spring and weights would be
Currently running 4 tower 68 grams with black spring and dialed in were I want

Stock motor
162 2.5 camo extreme
Y pipe and can
Ride at 6000-9000 ft
Rider weight 280
