Will 2010 m8 primary clutch work on a 2007 crossfire 800?

So I did something really stupid. Tried to pull my primary clutch without a puller. Had a 3/4" fine thread bolt that fit the inner threads and thought sure I'll just cut a chunk of this 1/2" rod to shove in there first and then tighten the bolt down. Well it wouldn't come off and now the...

Anybody know if its possible to run a tra 4 primary in place of the tra 7? Not seeing any difference betweem the two?

I just noticed I have a crack on my clutch face on the one that moves that holds the weights. Does anyone have one laying around or is it typical to get a very small about in inch hairline crack neer the shaft? Anyone got any advice or an extra clutch they want to make me a deal on? Thanks. Greg
