Default sled-deck ramp

I have a sky-hi deck and I need to replace the hard plastic boards on the outsides of the ramp.Anybody have any suggestions where I can get the same material or do you guys have any other ideas to replace plastic boards with. Any ideas or info would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I think most manufactures use UHMW.

Super glides would work well. I buy "puck board". It's what's o the outside of ice rinks. Works great.

I used some eight in. wide x 3/4 in. composite decking boards I got from Lowes for about $28.00 for 12 ft. They seem to be super tough and work awesome. They are a little heavy, I am thinking I should have ripped them in half.

It's pretty common around here. ?Comes in a 4x 8 sheet, either 1/8, or 1/4 thick. I use 1/8. It's cheaper, and lighter, and plenty strong enough. Good luck.

Default plastic replacement

go to your local sign company see if they have any scraps from the plastic they use on the lighted outdoor signs stuff works great and easy to cut to length and width with a skil saw
