Running antifreeze inside of 4130 tube

I’ve seen plenty of people run antifreeze inside of 4130 tubing. Are there any long term ill effects this? Any reason to not do it?

As you know antifreeze alone will freeze mix it 50 50 and you wont have a problem there's rust fighting property's in antifreeze so it should be good long term .
