Default FOAM ON INTAKE BOX DISCONTINUED!

Bought a 99 Indy XC SP 500 for my son and its missing the foam "chimney" that sits on top of the air box between that and the hood. When you look that part up its discontinued. Part number is 5811606. Anybody know of any aftermarket ones or any ideas?

Thanks!

Not sure about Gen II, but I recently bought an aftermarket one for an Evolved chassis (got it off Dennis Kirk – I think Parts Unlimited was the brand). I'd think someone still makes one for a Gen II.

Any dealer that has Western Power Sports can get you one. Just checked the 19 snow catalogue and they have all the polarises still available.

I looked this morning, don’t have one outside of the one on my ‘97 RMK.
Why not purchase a foam block and cut one. Call Racer Direct.
I think it was $10 for an 8”x8”x4” thick block.

I see Western Power sells them but the picture they show is for a round one. The Gen 2 chassis had square ones with one corner cut.
