Default Aftermarket brake disk cover?

Riding yesterday, i could smell a metal-on-metal burning smell coming from my uncle's 2015 xm. We discovered that the brake disk cover in the footwell was dented in and rubbing on the disk. No idea how it happened, he's not a hard rider. We were able to straighten it out pretty easily, but definitely seemed flimsy, so we were wondering if there was an aftermarket replacement for it, has anybody heard of this?
