this is my buds 09 standard rmk we just finished.

this is just after i nailed a rock and took out the lower left a arm and replaced it with stuff we had laying aroud

that setup needed to be changed along with a bunch of other stuff

found some slp twins at haydays, they look brand new! need to run 20% race though, re flash the box, clutching, intake mods

found a mesh hood at haydays, but didnt like the stock plastic shroud around the tank, found some shiny thin diamond plate

needed to make a intake sock that worked with the mesh hood, had an old screen from the front of a semi made of woven aluminum turned out sweet

also put zero pros and 8 in wheels in the rear. some hand guards too

Are you going to route the intake to cold air at some point? and how did you fasten the mesh to the hood frame to keep it nice and tight.

looks great!

We removed all of the stock hood hinge adjust used some slp rubber hood strap downs. We made a nice aluminum wire mesh on top of the air box under the pre filter. We hope it'll draw enough air through the hood, if not we will be back to the drawing boards. This thing ran frickin Great yesterday! Side by side with my stock pro he just pulls away.
