hi all have a 2016 axys assault and another broke ski rubber just wondering if any one has found a fix for it that will last!! thanks

Ski doo rev ski rubbers are your best bet! They last alot longer. I love the grippers but they dont last too well for me. Plastic gets slopped out so the mounting bushings can move up and down. At this point no ski rubber will stay in. Going to slp powder pros now!
I have c&a rubbers in mine, yoy have to cut out the ribs but works great

I cut the C&A's in half so they fit in the pocket and ad a shim underneath them. Ski remains untouched.
Even the Doo snubbers eventually tear and fail, but they work really well.
I've found that the Doo snubbers work best, part #505071779, followed closely by adding a 1/16" shim under the stock snubbers (aluminum or uhmw). Lubing the snubbers with silicone will make them last longer too.

Swap to a ski that uses a saddle. Once the gripper bolt holes wallow out you’ll just keep shredding the rubbers.
Wasn't there someone making some HD urethane ski-rubbers for these skis?

that's what I remember mountainhorse but im willing to try the skud rubbers or the C&As thanks all!! { was their something about drilling small holes under the rubber angled back to allow water to drain?? } thanks again all 
Yes, they were located overseas but the price wasnt bad. Maybe someone will post the contact info.
I got some urethane ski bumpers from sweden.
Pm “gulfi” on snowest.
Worked sweet last year.
If using doo rubbers 3 sheetrock screws into the front and back of each rubber will keep them in place. (Drill through the plastic)

Cut one to fit the Timbersled ski.
Should be a good replacement for the rock hard loose stock one.

Adding bracing to my spindles.
Re Powdercoat, new bushings and I’ll be ready for another season.
Keep in mind these are hand made in small batches.
Nearly prototype pieces.
Hence the small voids.
