I don't put much value to a profile. If they are dishonest they can always tweak thier profile. I try to establish phone conversations with somebody before I buy/sell on line.

use paypal, get the money transferred first. You can ususally tell talking to someone or with a couple of PM if they are straight up.
you don't have where your from on yours. should we trust you?

For the most part i have had nothing but good dealings from here. Even went as far as one snow wester went to get a shipping quote and said ah hell i ain't coming back twice so when he emailed me he said its on its way and this how much. I don't think from what some one has in there profile is going to matter. If your having second thoughts about a smoothing don't do it.

I wouldn't buy from someone that doesn't have a history especially here on snowest. E-bay or craigs list is a bit different though. Don't know why I think that way?
